"This isn't a testament to this particular office Jeffery Gottesman and his employees are super nice people and I want you to know this does not reflect on them. But Statefarm as a whole. They didn't even offer me roadside and car rental. Even though I told them I wanted the exact coverage as the last ins company and sent them my full coverage details. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit and send them my declaration letter. And when they finally gave in and gave me my rental insurance. I had to find out the hard way they only cover 80% of the rental. So after my SUV was in the shop for 30 days wich is usually the average. It cost me another $300 On top of the $500 Deductible I already paid. Maybe if they stopped paying movie stars millions to do commercials. They could offer there customers better insurance. The three stars are for Jeffrey and the fine hard workers at his office i wish I could give them more."

"every other business had their sidewalk shoveled after a big snow storm on Passyunk Ave. Big Business State Farm did not. I almost fell, which is ironic for an insurance company. Get it together and stop being so selfish and hire someone to shovel your sidewalk."
